Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Omaha, NE to help deliver a superior guest experience and lead sales, merchandising and daily store operations.

You will work with the Store Manager and leadership team to recruit, train Teammates, and provide direction in their absence. This role progresses from Assistant in Training to an Assistant Manager, with higher responsibility for performance, team development, and store leadership while maintaining Buckle's standards and guest

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with sales goals, guest service, and leadership; recruit and train Teammates; maintain store standards.
• Lead by example in customer service, merchandising, and operations; supervise in the Store Manager's absence.
• Coordinate staffing, onboarding, and performance feedback to develop a strong team.
