Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager in independence, MO to drive sales, guest experience and store leadership. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train, and motivate Teammates, and to ensure outstanding customer service.

You will also oversee merchandising, operations, and daily leadership activities, stepping in for the Store Manager as needed and guiding the team toward Buckle’s performance standards and guest satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; retail experience a plus.
• Ability to train, motivate and lead Teammates effectively.
• Strong customer service and sales-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and guest service to deliver legendary service.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates; act as Store Manager when needed.
• Oversee visual merchandising and store operations.
• Balance merchandise presentation, store standards and loss prevention.
