Job summary

Buckle in Clarksville, IN is seeking an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager to lead store operations and guest experience. You will work directly with the Store Manager to drive sales, recruit and develop Teammates, and ensure top-tier presentation and service.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership and guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Lead sales initiatives, set goals with Store Manager and mentor Teammates.
• Recruit, train, and develop new Teammates; act as Store Manager when needed.
• Oversee operations, merchandising, and loss prevention to ensure store standards.
• Maintain positive floor culture and ensure excellent customer experiences.
• Execute leadership actions and coach teammates to meet performance goals.
