Rural King is seeking an Assistant Store Manager Trainee in Pennsylvania to develop leadership and operational skills for advancement to a Store Manager role. You will receive hands-on training in retail operations, sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory, and associate development.

You'll partner with the Store Manager to support daily operations, drive performance, and help build a motivated team while maintaining compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership or supervisory experience.
• Interest in progressing to Assistant Store Manager.
• Ability to lead, coach, motivate, and develop associates.
• Experience with retail operations, sales, merchandising, inventory, and customer service.
