Rural King is seeking an Assistant Store Manager Trainee to develop leadership and operational skills for a future ASM role. You’ll gain hands-on training in retail operations, sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory, and associate development.

As you progress, you may relocate or commute to one of three area stores to support operations, drive business results, and develop associates in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of retail leadership, management, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Willingness to relocate or commute to one of three area stores upon promotion.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and retail technology.

Aufgaben

• Support daily store operations, sales, inventory, merchandising, pricing, scheduling, and performance with Store Manager.
• Maintain a safe, organized store environment and appealing displays.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, coaching, and development of associates.
• Provide direction, feedback, and recognition to keep associates accountable to expectations.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer questions or concerns.
