Job summary

Buckle in Las Cruces, NM is seeking a Management Trainee to help fulfill our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests. You will perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks and work with the Store Manager to develop leadership skills.

Additionally, you will recruit, train and motivate Teammates, and act as Store Manager in their absence, while preparing to lead stores within the district.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training.
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle and travel, including overnight as required.
• Relocation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist with merchandising, displays, and store operations.
• Lead, coach, and train Teammates to meet Buckle standards.
• Recruiting and interviewing for the store, with the Store Manager.
• Manage product categories and maintain store standards.
• Ensure flexible scheduling including holidays and weekends.
