Job summary

Buckle opens a brand-new store at the Edwardsville Crossing Shopping Center in Edwardsville, Illinois, in mid-October. We are hiring for the Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager roles, with interviews beginning in September.

Responsibilities include sales, merchandising, and store operations under supervision of the Store Manager and Leadership Team. Pay range is $20–$24 per hour, with base plus commission on sales for Teammates.

• Ability to train and motivate Teammates and lead store operations

Responsibilities
