Buckle is opening a brand-new store at Edwardsville Crossing Shopping Center in Edwardsville, Illinois. We are hiring multiple positions, with interviews starting in September and openings mid-October.

The Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager roles involve sales, merchandising, and leadership responsibilities, including training Teammates and acting as Store Manager when needed. Compensation ranges from $19 to $23 per hour, with base pay plus commission for sales roles.

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service while meeting sales goals.
• Lead and mentor Teammates; train and coach staff as needed.
• Oversee store operations, merchandising, and security procedures.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop new Teammates to support store growth.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive performance.
