Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise professional and retail operations and team members.
• Recruit, interview, hire, evaluate, and discipline store staff under supervision.
• Train new team members and conduct performance evaluations.
• Assist in hiring tasks and coordinating with management to select qualified staff.
• Ensure safety compliance and staff training across the store.
• Make sales calls with/without the store manager and schedule weekly customer calls.
• Oversee store operations, scheduling, payroll, and KPI dashboards.
• Review monthly P&L and discuss opportunities with the store manager.
