The AIT/Assistant Manager position progresses from AIT with higher duties; you will train and motivate teammates and may lead in the manager's absence, contributing to a dynamic, guest-focused store

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related retail experience.

• Assist Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales and recruit teammates.
• Lead by example with showmanship and customer service.
• Provide training and motivate Teammates; act as Store Manager in their absence.
