The Buckle, Inc. in Memphis is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager who will help fulfill our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests.

You will perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks, work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit Teammates and provide leadership, and train teammates while stepping in as Store Manager when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist with sales, merchandising, and store operations as directed by management.
• Work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit Teammates and develop leadership.
• Train and motivate Teammates and act as Store Manager in their absence.
• Lead by example with showmanship and exceptional customer service.
