Buckle is hiring for an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager. The role supports the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional guest experience, leading sales initiatives, and training Teammates.

It includes recruiting, coaching, and maintaining daily store operations, merchandising, and adherence to company standards. The AIT path progresses toward an Assistant Manager role, with added leadership responsibilities and coverage in the absence of the Store Manager.
