Job summary

Buckle in Asheville, NC is seeking a Management Trainee to develop leadership and operational skills in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will work closely with the Store Manager on sales, guest service, merchandise presentation and training future leaders, with the goal of eventually assuming Store Manager responsibilities.

This role requires a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends; strong communication, coaching and succession planning are valued in a high-energy store setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in relevant field preferred; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and guest service to meet Buckle's standards and drive store performance.
• Develop skills in coaching Teammates and assisting Store Manager with interviewing and onboarding.
• Support Store Manager to supervise Teammates, manage visual displays and store operations.
