The Buckle, Inc. in The Woodlands, TX seeks an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager. You will support the Store Manager and Leadership Team with sales, merchandising and daily operations while helping recruit and train Teammates to deliver the Buckle guest experience.

You’ll lead by example, coach staff, manage visual standards and POS procedures, and step in for the Store Manager when needed. The role provides growth from AIT to Assistant Manager with broader responsibilities.
