Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Management Trainee in Bloomington, MN to support the mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests.

You will perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks, work with the Store Manager to develop leadership skills, and train teammates while preparing to assume Store Manager responsibilities in their absence. The role emphasizes coaching, recruiting and leadership development with a clear path toward store management and district

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 1–3 months retail experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching and teammate development abilities.
• Willingness to train and mentor teammates throughout the program.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide legendary service to drive sales.
• Recruit, train and develop teammates; act as Store Manager in absence.
• Lead visual merchandising and product presentation to maximize impact.
• Assist in store operations, scheduling and loss prevention practices.
• Support the Store Manager with onboarding and leadership activities.
• Travel or cover other stores within the district as needed.
