Job summary

Buckle in Idaho Falls is seeking a Leader in Training and Floor Leader to support store leadership, drive sales, and ensure an enjoyable guest experience. This on-site, part-time role involves merchandising, cashiering, and assisting with store operations under the guidance of the Store Manager.

You will recruit and develop Teammates, participate in daily setup and training, and uphold Buckle's customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Guest service and sales mindset required.
• Experience with retail merchandising is a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist Guests with product selection and locating merchandise.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, policies, and exchange procedures.
