Buckle in Magic Valley Mall is seeking a Leader in Training/Floor Leader to drive guest service, merchandising and everyday store operations. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit new teammates and provide leadership on the sales floor, fitting rooms and cash wrap.

The role emphasizes strong communication, product knowledge, and the ability to coach teammates while meeting store performance goals and maintaining Buckle standards.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training.

Mansioni

• Greet guests with friendly service and provide legendary store experience.
• Assist guests in locating merchandise and making recommendations.
• Lead by example in sales, product knowledge and SPG usage.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates to meet Buckle standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual standards and loss prevention practices.
• Manage operations, schedules and POS procedures as directed by the Store Manager.
