The Buckle, Inc. in Twin Falls, Idaho is seeking a Leader in Training and Floor Leader to deliver outstanding Guest service, lead a team, and manage daily sales and store operations. You will engage guests, assist with merchandising, recruit teammates, and support the store leadership team to drive sales.

This role requires a solid work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED or 1–3 months retail experience.
• Comfortable leading teammates and providing guidance.

Responsabilidades

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise.
• Recommend and locate merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Lead by example with showmanship and customer service.
• Recruit Teammates and develop leadership.
• Maintain knowledge of sales, promotions, policies and exchanges.
• Oversee visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Perform tasks in sales generation, guest service and operations.
