Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1–3 months retail experience.
• Comfortable leading teammates and providing guidance.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise.
• Recommend and locate merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Lead by example with showmanship and customer service.
• Recruit Teammates and develop leadership.
• Maintain knowledge of sales, promotions, policies and exchanges.
• Oversee visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Perform tasks in sales generation, guest service and operations.
