Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training and Floor Leader to help create the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests. You will perform a mix of sales, merchandising and operational tasks, working with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales and recruit Teammates.

Essential duties include leading by example in guest service, merchandising and store operations, while helping teammates grow through training and development initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months retail experience and/or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist guests with store layout, merchandise location and product knowledge.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates; lead by example and maintain store culture.
• Perform sales and cashiering duties; manage POS procedures and guest transactions.
• Oversee visual merchandising, zone ownership and weekly visual standards.
• Execute store operations including opening/closing, scheduling and loss prevention.
