Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our management team and support store leadership. The role focuses on supervising staff, driving customer service excellence, and implementing merchandising and marketing programs to grow sales.

You will work with the Store Leader to train and coach team members, promote loyalty programs, and maintain a clean, safe store environment while managing cash handling and daily operations. We value internal advancement and offer competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required with 1+ year retail management experience.
• Experience in supervising a team and leading a store environment.
• Ability to oversee customer service leadership alongside Store Leader for all staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership and coaching alongside the Store Leader for all store employees.
• Identify and develop leaders, drive retention, and empower staff to boost productivity.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote loyalty programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment in line with health and sanitation procedures.
• Demonstrate strong communication and intrapersonal skills.
