This role collaborates with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train, and motivate Teammates, while ensuring merchandising standards and smooth store performance. Base pay ranges from $19 to $23 per hour with potential commission on sales, plus comprehensive benefits for full-time Teammates.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Lead by example with showmanship, customer service, and teamwork to drive sales.
• Assist Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit and train Teammates, and to develop sales strategies.
• Oversee merchandising, product displays, and shelf readiness to enhance the guest experience.
• Support operations including POS procedures, opening/closing tasks, and Loss Prevention practices.
