Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training and Assistant Manager to lead sales, merchandising, and operations with a focus on delivering an enjoyable shopping experience for Guests.

You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train, and motivate Teammates, and to assume Store Manager responsibilities in their absence. The position offers full-time hours with a compensation range of $18–$22 per hour, along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Lead by example in sales, guest engagement and store standards.
• Recruit and train Teammates; support Store Manager in leadership duties.
• Oversee daily store operations in the Store Manager's absence.
