The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training and Assistant Manager to fulfill its mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team on sales, merchandising, and operations, recruit and train Teammates, and step in as Store Manager when needed.

The role encompasses leadership, team development, visual merchandising, and day-to-day store operations to drive guest satisfaction and store performance.

Aufgaben

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service to each Guest.
• Answer questions about store and merchandise and help locate items based on Guest needs.
• Lead sales and customer engagement while demonstrating product knowledge and education.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and developing Teammates and act as Store Manager in their absence.
• Oversee store operations including merchandising, visual standards, and POS procedures.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to plan sales goals and drive overall store performance.
