The Buckle, Inc. is hiring for an Assistant Manager in training to support the Store Manager and Leadership Team in delivering an outstanding shopping experience. You will participate in recruiting, training, and leading Teammates while ensuring sales goals and store standards are achieved.

Responsibilities include coaching teammates, managing daily operations, and maintaining visual standards and guest service quality across the store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1-3 months related retail experience.
• Ability to lead and train Teammates.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities
