Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Portage, MI is seeking an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager. This role supports sales, merchandising, and store operations, working with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit teammates, and provide leadership.

The position progresses from AIT to Assistant Manager with additional duties as you advance. Responsibilities include direct guest service, coaching teammates, recruitment, training, and maintaining high store standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Lead by example with showmanship and high standards; assist Store Manager in leadership duties.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates; partner with Store Manager to plan education focus and manage tasks.

Education
