Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Fort Worth, TX to drive sales and lead the team in delivering exceptional guest service. The role focuses on coaching teammates, recruiting new hires, and maintaining store standards across merchandising, operations and customer experience.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to meet sales goals, train staff, and handle daily store responsibilities, including leadership presence in the absence of management.

Responsibilities
