Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Friendswood, TX, to lead sales, service, and operations with a focus on training and team development.

You will work with the Store Manager to recruit, coach, and motivate Teammates, drive store performance, and maintain Buckle’s standards in merchandising and guest experience. Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, leading by example, and ensuring excellent guest service while meeting business goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience delivering friendly, legendary guest service and coaching teams.
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate Teammates in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive guest service and sales performance across the store.
• Recruit, train, and develop Teammates; mentor during Store Manager absence.
• Lead visual merchandising, operations, and loss prevention to support Buckle goals.
