Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Allen, TX is seeking an Assistant Manager in training and operations role to help manage daily sales, merchandising, and guest service. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train, and motivate Teammates and to lead in the Store Manager's absence.

This position blends sales performance with leadership development, including training responsibilities and showing strong showmanship to drive customer engagement and store success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months retail experience or training.
• Ability to recruit, train and develop Teammates.
• Leadership and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist in merchandising, cashiering, and store operations.
• Lead by example to motivate Teammates and maintain high standards.
• Partner with Store Manager to recruit and train new Teammates.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and Loss Prevention guidelines.
