Job summary

Six Flags Over Georgia is seeking dedicated Rides Supervisors and Sr. Supervisors to join our attractions team. You will help lead the rides department, supervise full-time staff, and ensure safe, efficient operation of our rides within budgetary guidelines.

The role offers flexible scheduling, opportunities to develop guest service programs, and ongoing training. Applicants should be at least 18, fluent in English, with prior rides experience and a passion for teamwork and guest safety.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Be able to communicate effectively in English (read, speak, understand).
• Previous rides experience.
• Available to work flexible hours at night, on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe operation of the park.
• Take department in-charge shifts.
• Oversee rides work crew projects.
• Work with rides full-time to develop and manage department programs.
• Ensure Guest First Standards are followed and enforced.
• Ensure training requirements and testing procedures are followed as per Six Flags.
• Handle guest complaints.
• Other duties as assigned.
