Job summary

The MIT will participate in a training program designed to prepare for a Store Manager position within 3-6 months, with relocation to a specific store or group of stores as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED required; business/retail merchandising degree preferred.
• Supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment; fashion industry experience helpful.
• Proven ability to lead by example, make sound decisions and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager in achieving sales goals and driving a customer-focused environment.
• Lead by example and coach associates to deliver strong customer service.
