Job summary

maurices is seeking a Manager in Training (MIT) to work with store teams to achieve sales goals and foster a customer-focused environment. The MIT participates in a training program to prepare for a Store Manager position within 3–6 months.

Hired with relocation to a specific new store or group of stores, the MIT will complete training modules and actively perform a managerial role on the team to support store operations.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED required; a business or retail merchandising degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager in achieving sales goals and maintaining a customer-focused environment.
• Deliver product knowledge and fashion expertise to customers.
• Lead by example and provide feedback to team members to improve performance.
