Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train store staff to ensure excellent customer service.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and maintain site image.
• Develop positive supplier relationships and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback and training to employees.
• Organize store files, manage reports and ensure merchandise is stocked and displayed.
• Analyze daily sales and manage budgets, margins and cash handling.
• Work indoors with occasional outdoor duties and safety awareness.
