Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Experience to perform the essential duties and responsibilities described.
• Ability to supervise and train for equipment and materials usage as per CSR/ASM roles.
• Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in CSR/ASM job descriptions.
• Ability to use computer to analyze reports, manage inventory/cash, and counseling notices.
• A valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, and well kept.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees within Company guidelines to maximize service.
• Implement non-discriminatory management in hiring, training, counseling, motivating and separating staff.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Train employees on safety procedures and company standards.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting and file organization.
• Manage merchandise display, pricing, and inventory accuracy.
