Meijer Inc. invites motivated students to join the Store Leadership Internship, offering hands-on experience in retail leadership. Interns tackle challenging projects, receive executive exposure, and participate in development programs that prepare for future store leadership roles.

During the internship, you will mentor teammates, drive customer service excellence, and contribute to store performance while developing leadership capabilities in a multi‑million dollar business.

Competenze

• The internship is designed for students currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program.
• Ability to work flexible shifts to gain exposure to the full operation of the store.
• Past leadership responsibilities in work or extracurricular activities strongly preferred.

Mansioni

• Plans, directs and supervises team members in day‑to‑day store operations.
• Mentor and coach team members to ensure customer service and sales goals are met.
