Job summary

Target is offering a Stores Executive Internship in-store, a paid 40 hr/week training program designed to prepare you for a leadership role. You will work closely with the Executive Team Lead and other leaders, gaining hands-on experience in store operations, guest service, and team leadership.

Ideal candidates have a strong interest in retail management, with leadership potential and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong interest in working in retail management.
• Leadership skills and team-oriented thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead store salesfloor and backroom with daily priorities.
• Work with ETL mentor and store leaders to understand roles.
• Lead daily priorities such as stocking shelves and displays.
• Provide performance feedback to team members.
• Resolve guest issues and maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
• Plan daily goals and share results with leadership.
