Job summary

Target is seeking a Stores Executive Intern in Summerville, SC for a paid 40 hr/week hands-on leadership development program. You will work closely with the Executive Team Lead and other leaders to learn how Target operates, lead team members, and drive guest service and store priorities.

Responsibilities

• Spend time on the store salesfloor and backroom leading team members and aligning the team on daily business priorities.
• Lead through daily priorities (stocking shelves, maintaining a welcoming environment for guests, helping build displays).
• Partner with leaders regarding team member performance and provide coaching and feedback.
• Address team member concerns and remove hurdles to ensure smooth operations and goal attainment.
• Lead and present at daily huddles with peer leadership teams and communicate priorities.
