Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Administration or related field is required.
• 1 year of managerial experience or equivalent in a retail setting is required.
• Bilingual in English/Mandarin, English/Cantonese, or English/Spanish is preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Food Handler's certificate currently possessed or the ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day store activities across departments.
• Provide exemplary customer service and uphold company values.
• Analyze sales and cost data with Store Manager to improve sales and productivity.
• Supervise pricing, inventory, and store presentations within budget.
• Support personnel activities including scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, and evaluations.
• Coordinate Omni-channel services and administrative duties across stores.
