Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience in retail, sales, or a related field.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team (including Managers) and empower growth.
• Assist with recruiting, training, developing, and retaining a diverse, high-performing team.
• Actively participate in Floor Leadership by interacting with team members and customers, modeling best practices.
• Address customer and team member concerns and escalate when appropriate.
• Drive store performance by planning and executing the operational strategy of assigned areas and the entire store.
• Maintain and uphold company policies and procedures, and protect all assets.
