Sally Beauty is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store associates, develop talent and ensure outstanding customer experiences in a dynamic retail setting. The role focuses on brand execution, team coaching and efficient store operations.

The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager and steps in when needed, driving KPIs and maintaining brand standards across merchandising, scheduling, and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Brand: supervise and plan associates' daily goals to deliver an exceptional client experience and maximize sales.
• People: recruit, train and develop the team to achieve positive results and maintain relations.
• Operations: ensure execution of all company processes through training, management, analysis and continuous improvement; support Omni-channel.
• Safety/Loss Prevention: ensure safety and protect assets with inventory and cash controls.
