The role emphasizes coaching, performance tracking, scheduling flexibility, and maintaining a safe, compliant store environment. Experience in retail leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• 3+ years of retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred
• Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives
• Can effectively communicate with team and management
• Must have scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required

Responsibilities

• Brand focus: supervise and direct associates to deliver an exceptional client experience while maximizing sales and KPIs.
• People focus: train, develop and coach team members and recruit as needed.
• Operations focus: ensure implementation of processes, omnichannel fulfillment and accurate payroll/scheduling.
• Safety/Loss Prevention: protect assets and enforce policies, inspect store safety practices.
