Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives.
• Can effectively communicate with team and management.
• Must have scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• 30% Brand: supervise and plans to deliver exceptional client experience, drive sales/KPIs and loyalty, oversee in-store selling model and Omni-channel.
• 30% People: train and develop teams, recruit to build network of candidates, coach and resolve associate concerns, communicate with AM/DM, foster inclusion.
• 30% Operations: ensure execution of company processes through training, management, analysis and continuous improvement, support digital strategies like Omni-channel fulfillment.
• Store Managers manage inventory through ordering and shipment processing, payroll hours, opening/closing procedures, and follow through with directives.
