Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Establishes and communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Identify training and development opportunities for staff growth.
• Model company values and foster teamwork across the store.
• Monitor competition and advise adjustments to maintain competitiveness.
• Provide product feedback and recommend items to carry or discontinue.
• Participate in interviewing store personnel.
• Maintain inventory procedures, product handling, and cash control policies.
