Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Overland Park, KS seeks a Leader in Training and Floor Leader to support store leadership, drive sales, merchandising, and guest service excellence. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit teammates, and sustain daily operations.

You will greet guests, assist with product knowledge, lead by example in presentation and service, and help maintain visual standards while navigating POS procedures and loss prevention basics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• Strong customer-service orientation and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise.
• Recruit, train, and develop Teammates under store leadership.
