Job summary

Buckle Easton Town Center in Columbus is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader for a full-time, on-site role. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, merchandise, recruit and develop Teammates, and provide exceptional guest service.

The position focuses on leadership, coaching, and daily store operations, with responsibilities across cashiering, merchandising, and customer interactions to create an outstanding shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Teammates to meet Buckle standards.
• Sell and service guests, build client relationships.
• Manage store operations and merchandising with Leadership Team.
