Buckle is hiring for an On-site Assistant Manager in Asheville, NC. This role is part of the Store Leadership team and includes leading sales, merchandising and daily operations under the Store Manager’s guidance. The position offers a pay range of $18–$22 per hour, with base pay plus potential commissions for sales performance.

The role emphasizes guest service, team development, and progression from AIT to Assistant Manager with leadership duties during the Store Manager’s absence.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service to each Guest.
• Assist Store Manager in recruiting, training and development of Teammates to meet Buckle standards.
• Lead by example in sales, product knowledge, and customer engagement to drive store performance.
