Job summary

Buckle is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to help deliver the company mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for our Guests. You will work directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team on sales, merchandising and operations.

This role offers a base pay of $20–$25 per hour, with a 3% commission on sales for Teammates, plus comprehensive benefits and time off as described in the posting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or an equivalent
• 1–3 months related retail experience or training preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform light lifting up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Fulfill Buckle’s mission to create the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests
• Work with Store Manager and Leadership Team on sales, merchandising and operations
• Train and motivate Teammates and participate in leadership duties and scheduling
