LOFT in Hagerstown, MD is seeking an Assistant Manager to support customer experience and nurture a strong store culture. You will lead on the sales floor, model LOFT brand behaviors, and engage both customers and associates.

You will help recruit and develop talent, use technology to enable an omnichannel experience, and apply reporting to drive sales and operations. Prior retail management experience preferred; a hospitality mindset and initiative are valued.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience preferred.
