Qualifications

• Associate's Degree and/or 2–4 years retail store management experience.
• Experience leading teams in a selling environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Up to 15% travel to support local stores, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead partners to foster a service & selling culture and exceed customer expectations.
• Provide coaching and feedback; be present on the sales floor during peak hours.
• Assist with partner training plans to improve store performance.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on scheduling, policies, and hiring.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and adherence to visual guidelines.
