Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or GED.
• Three years of progressive retail experience including supervisory responsibilities.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage daily store operations.
• Knowledge of basic math, cash handling, and retail policies.

Responsibilities

• Adherence to attendance and punctuality policies.
• Exhibit excellent customer service.
• Maintain store cleanliness and displays; presentable staff.
• Open/close the store and safeguard premises.
• Prepare daily sales reports and cash deposits.
• Supervise sales floor, cashier functions, and donation center.
• Assist in scheduling and HR actions with guidance from management.
