Perry Ellis International is seeking a Supervisor Key Holder to support store operations under the Store Manager. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring the store aligns with brand standards and promotions.

Responsibilities include leading the team, maintaining store appearance, and executing company directives while monitoring performance and inventory opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail experience.
• Strong verbal and written skills.
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Customer service-oriented, outgoing and personable.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Role model for customers; prioritize customer needs and satisfaction.
• Achieve excellent scores on secret shopper reports.
• Maintain store appearance and visual standards.
• Understand and act on store sales plans and results.
• Promote merchandise and assist customers with requests.

• Support staffing and payroll guidelines based on trends.
